AP Group Ltd is representing a reputable insurance firm that is thriving in both local and international markets. They are in search of a dynamic Personal Lines Team Manager to enhance their personal lines division.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee a team of brokers dedicated to selling and promoting insurance products and services.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
- Ensure the team meets operational goals and maintains high standards of service.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Significant managerial experience in personal insurance or a strong background in team leadership within the personal lines sector.
- A comprehensive understanding of the local insurance landscape.
- Relevant qualifications such as the Certificate in Insurance (Cert CII) or Diploma in Insurance (Dip CII) would be advantageous.
Important Note: Only candidates with a local residential qualification or those who have resided in the area for a minimum of five consecutive years will be considered.
