Job Description

Axon Moore Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Accountant to join their finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant to take on a leadership role and contribute to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Lead the delivery of accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Annual Audit: Oversee the annual audit process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for the company.
  • Strategic Finance: Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions, driving growth and profitability.
  • Internal Finance Operations: Manage internal finance operations, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
  • Finance Systems and Controls: Establish and maintain robust finance systems and controls, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Cash Flow Management: Lead efforts to improve capital management and cash flow, ensuring the company's financial stability.
  • Management Accounts and MI Reporting: Prepare and present management accounts and key performance indicators (KPIs) to the board, ensuring informed decision-making.
Person Specification
  • Qualifications: ACCA/ACA qualified.
  • Experience: Proven experience in running the audit process and managing a team.
  • Skills: Advanced Excel skills and excellent communication skills, with the ability to partner with various stakeholders.
  • Personal Qualities: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
