We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Hays Accountancy and Finance. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business through its next exciting period of growth.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the financial management of the business, including cash flow forecasting, transactional processes, and payroll.
- Ensure efficient month-end closures and produce and manage management accounts.
- Handle journal postings and inter-company accounts, and prepare financial accounts for audit compliance.
- Analyse KPIs and collaborate with the management teams for future forecasting.
- Lead technical accounting projects and prepare and manage commercial contracts in collaboration with the COO.
- Qualified accountant with a proactive and positive approach, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience of month-end and year-end, with an understanding of audit processes, ideally within a vibrant business where priorities can change quickly.
- Keen to be part of a growing business with current expansion plans.
- Good IT skills, including Excel, and experience of Xero would be useful, but not essential.
