Key Duties:
- Evaluating and tracking patient health statuses

- Collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care
- At least 6 months of paid experience in an Accident & Emergency setting within the last 3 years
- Active NMC Professional Registration and commitment to ongoing professional development
