We are seeking a skilled Senior Recruitment Strategist with a background in technical hiring to become a vital part of our Global Talent Acquisition team. In this position, you will oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to successful onboarding.

This role will primarily support our Research and Development sector within Engineering and Product, ensuring exceptional experiences for both candidates and stakeholders.

Location: This position is based in London, with a flexible requirement to be present in the office 2-3 days a week.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identifying, attracting, and engaging high-caliber talent for Snyk, particularly within the London and European markets.
  • Maintaining diverse talent pipelines through innovative and dedicated sourcing strategies.
  • Leading candidates and stakeholders through a streamlined recruitment journey, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and expert in the field.
  • Utilizing data analytics to provide stakeholders with valuable insights regarding candidates and market trends.
  • Collaborating with key business stakeholders, fellow Talent Acquisition Partners, and members of the People team to achieve successful hiring outcomes.
  • Working closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition and the broader Talent Acquisition team to comprehend market dynamics and develop strategies for business growth.

Qualifications:

  • A demonstrated history of recruiting top-tier technical talent, including software engineers and product managers.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the European technology talent landscape.
  • Experience managing both high-volume hiring and specialized talent searches.
  • Exceptional sourcing capabilities, contributing to the development of diverse talent pipelines.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and tackle complex challenges in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Capacity to balance ongoing delivery requirements with project-based work.
  • A strong inclination towards data-driven decision-making in your professional approach.
  • A collaborative spirit, working effectively within the Talent Acquisition team and the broader People team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing, with a willingness to collaborate and learn.
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies.
  • Experience in scaling a pre-IPO SaaS or technology company.
  • Familiarity with the DevSecOps or CyberSecurity sectors.
  • Knowledge of recruiting for additional skill sets, such as Sales and Corporate Functions.
