We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nurse Unit Manager to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a Nurse Unit Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare assistants to deliver excellent patient care
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of patients
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make improvements as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current registration with the NMC
- Experience in a leadership role within a care home or healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
