**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Payroll & HR Administrator at Sandal Motor Group. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll and HR functions.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Compile, input, and review monthly payroll submissions, issue payslips and P45s, and complete P11d forms.

• Assist with the production of contracts, offer letters, and ensure the completion of induction paperwork.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information.

• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other team members as needed.

• Respond to third-party and colleague inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Class 1a responsibility and other payroll-related tasks.

**Requirements**

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in payroll administration.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work accurately and methodically under pressure.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

• An attractive salary and flexible working hours (approximately 25-35 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
