Quality Assurance Specialist

Randox Laboratories is a leading international company operating in over 145 countries, with a strong presence in the UK and Ireland. We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Quality Administrator to join our purchasing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring supplier performance, ensuring timely delivery and quality of goods, and providing administrative support to the supplier quality function. Key responsibilities include:
* Monitoring supplier delivery performance and ensuring all incoming goods are delivered on time
* Handling and monitoring supplier and shipping complaints related to quality and delivery
* Assuring fulfillment of quality assurance deliverables in new product development and transfers
* Initiating and steering supplier quality improvements
* Contributing to cross-functional teams to improve quality, delivery, and cost through continuous improvements and lean philosophy
The ideal candidate will have administrative experience in a quality environment, an awareness of total quality management systems, and a full clean driving license. On-the-job training will be provided on our processes.
