About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Graduate to join our commercial team as an Amazon Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Amazon Lead in managing the business, including advertising, reporting, and commercial execution plans.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the Amazon Lead in managing a specific set of bestselling products, including daily tracking of sales, reviewing product ranking, searchability, keywords, and content.
  2. Maintain brand consistency by collaborating with the marketing team.
  3. Provide regular feedback to the sales team and Amazon Lead on Amazon activity and performance.
  4. Relay competitor activity and other relevant information back to the Amazon Lead.
  5. Regularly analyze sales in and sales out data for your product range and search terms.
  6. Analyze data trends and implement corrective actions to ensure internal and external KPIs are consistently met.
  7. Forecast top products to ensure high levels of stock availability at all times, working closely with Supply Chain.
  8. Develop and maintain close communication and excellent working relationships across the business and with Amazon contacts.
  9. Enhance product awareness through Amazon Advertising while keeping within the given advertising budget.
  10. Plan, negotiate, and implement promotional activity for your products throughout the year with a focus on key trading periods.
  11. Identify market gaps and propose new product ideas to expand our market share.
  12. Analyze and share key results and findings from all activity.
