Celestar, a Veteran-owned company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Signature Reduction Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Signature Reduction Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the development, review, and execution of signature reduction plans, annexes, policies, and directives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of established signature reduction plans to ensure they support current and future operations.
  • Prepare and deliver signature reduction training to enhance unit readiness.
  • Evaluate the sustainability of the unit's signature reduction Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
  • Support the daily management and oversight of signature reduction Operation Security, including the maintenance, issuance, tracking, recovery, inventory, and turn-in of signature reduction program items.
  • Track and maintain accountability of review tasks within the current requirements database.
  • Conduct data management, file maintenance, and maintain organizational tools to track and record actions.
  • Develop training materials and train all audiences on the program, including newly assigned personnel.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Master's Degree and twelve (12) years of experience or Bachelors' Degree and an additional five (5) years of related experience for a total of seventeen (17) years in lieu of a Masters' Degree with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
