We are currently in search of committed and enthusiastic individuals to become part of our client's vibrant team as a Mailroom Coordinator.

This is a temporary full-time role that presents a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in our client's mailroom service operations.

Our client operates multiple locations with convenient transport access.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, categorize, and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence with precision and speed.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, representing our client's organization in a professional manner.
  • Manage face-to-face and telephone inquiries from clients, ensuring timely and helpful responses.
  • Maintain an orderly filing system and retrieve documents as required.
  • Schedule and oversee courier services, ensuring prompt delivery and receipt.
  • Process archived files and monitor signature movements using onsite computer systems.
  • Adapt to any client needs as they arise.
  • Assist with additional tasks as directed by the Operations Manager or Client.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Exhibits exceptional customer service abilities and maintains a professional demeanor consistently.
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to engage with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Works accurately under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while remaining composed and focused.
  • Possesses basic IT skills, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, email, and web navigation.
  • Available to work flexible shifts from Monday to Friday, between 7am and 7pm.

Dress Code:
