Job Title: Data Insights Director

We're seeking a seasoned Data Insights Director to lead our social data and analytics function, driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Analytics Leadership – overseeing social analytics projects, leading the growth of the function, and developing a high-performing team.
  • Reporting – creating and delivering quarterly/monthly reports to stakeholders, ensuring our social work meets KPIs.
  • Social Insight Generation – collaborating with social strategists to analyze conversations, competitor activity, and trends, informing content strategies.
  • Data Storytelling – translating complex data into compelling narratives for peers and clients, driving actionable insights.
  • Best Practice – establishing processes and templates for efficient data analysis and visualization.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High-Level Data Analytics Skills – proficiency in data collection, cleaning, transformation, and visualization techniques.
  • Social Obsession – a passion for data and social media, with expertise in social listening and analytics tools.
  • Leadership Experience – 4-7 years of experience in a senior analytics position, preferably in a creative agency environment.
