TDRS operates primarily as a service-based company, with 85% of its operations focused on providing expert maintenance and repair services for automatic doors, gates, shutters, and barriers. The remaining 15% is dedicated to installation services. We have established strong relationships with facilities management companies and handle a diverse range of products from leading manufacturers.

Our Services

We offer a comprehensive range of services, including:

  1. Installation, Servicing, and Repair of automatic doors, gates, shutters, and barriers.
  2. Providing High-Quality Customer Service and maintaining strong client relationships.

Experience and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Proven Experience with automatic and industrial doors.
  2. Relevant Qualifications, such as EN 16005, CSCS Card, NVQ Level 2 in Industrial Door Maintenance, IPAF, and PASMA.

Perks and Benefits

We offer a competitive package, including:

  1. Competitive Hourly Rate between £16 and £20, depending on experience.
  2. 40-Hour Workweek with door-to-door pay included.
  3. Company Van provided for work purposes.
  4. Overtime Opportunities with enhanced pay rates:
    1. 4:30pm - 9pm: 1.5x pay
    2. 9pm - 6am: 2.0x pay
    3. 6am - 8am: 1.5x pay
  5. £50 per Week Callout Standby Fee (1 week in every 8).
  6. Annual Salary Review plus review after 6 months.
  7. 22 Days of Holiday plus statutory holidays, with potential for additional days.
  8. Yearly Bonus Scheme (1.5% of salary including overtime worked over the year).
