We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Sales Professional to join our dynamic team at Miller Countrywide in Penzance. As a key member of our residential sales team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

About the Role

  • Generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, and negotiate offers to achieve sales targets.
  • Optimize opportunities to schedule appointments for our Mortgage Advisor and progress sales through to exchange and completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements

  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a proven track record of success.
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care and communication skills.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent IT skills and proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems.
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
