Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned professional to design and specify innovative mechanical and electrical systems for a variety of building types, particularly those rich in technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive points lists, Sequence of Operation documents, and detailed specifications tailored to each unique project.
- Create detailed plan drawings, schematics, network topology diagrams, and control function diagrams.
- Assess contractor proposals to ensure compliance with our rigorous standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough condition surveys and generate detailed reports along with actionable improvement plans.
- Represent Energi People in technical discussions with clients, professional teams, and contractors.
- Support commissioning activities throughout the construction and project completion phases.
Qualifications:
- HNC/BEng in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
- Current position as a BMS/BEMS/Building Automation Consulting Engineer.
- Over 5 years of senior-level experience specializing in building automation, instrumentation, and monitoring systems.
- In-depth knowledge of networks, network hardware, cabling, and network security.
- Willingness to travel for international projects and client engagements.
