Key Responsibilities for the Independent Mortgage and Protection Consultant Role:

  • Deliver expert mortgage guidance to clients interested in purchasing or refinancing properties
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, meeting high customer service standards.
  • Proactively seek new clients and business opportunities
  • Provide outstanding client support and navigate them through the application process, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Stay informed about the mortgage industry and current trends
  • Maintain strict compliance with financial regulations, upholding the highest ethical standards at all times
Skills and Experience Required for this Role:

  • CeMAP or equivalent qualification
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Mortgage Consultant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
  • Proven track record of meeting and surpassing targets, ensuring clients are well-protected
