About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Key Account Manager to join our team at Macgregor Black. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of brands and their top listings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute quarterly commercial planning cycles for assigned accounts/categories.
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce Directors to deliver agreed sales, margin, and performance KPIs.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and drive account performance.
  • Implement UX adjustments and AB testing to optimize conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally to drive supply chain improvements and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales and e-commerce, with a results-driven approach.
  • High-level analytical skills and ability to share insights and lessons.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Financial acumen and understanding of P&L management.
  • Ability to build and lead external customer and internal cross-functional relationships.
