Business Analyst Role at Barclays

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and analyse business problems and client requirements that necessitate change within the organisation.
  • Develop business requirements that address business problems and opportunities, ensuring alignment with the organisation's strategic objectives.
  • Support the creation of business cases to justify investment in proposed solutions, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with other areas of work to maintain business-aligned support, staying up-to-date with business activity and strategy.
  • Engage in complex analysis of data from multiple sources, including internal and external information, to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience of business analyst techniques, including requirement solicitation, functional design review, and defect triage processes.
  • Able to identify, manage, and provide solutions to problems within a risk-constrained environment.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital and technology skills.
