**Job Opportunity with Vivid Resourcing**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning Officer to join our team on a 9-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of our local authority clients in the south west.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in the processing of large major and complex major applications up to 200 units.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with planning regulations.
  • Contribute to the development of planning strategies and policies.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in planning and development.
  • Strong knowledge of planning regulations and policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
