About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our team at Riverside Group. As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for carrying out financial and administrative duties to support Finance Processing, processing invoices and making payments to contractors and suppliers for goods and services.
Key Responsibilities- Process invoices and make payments to contractors and suppliers
- Utilise relevant purchase to pay system and other IT systems
- Provide excellent customer service to a varied customer base
- Take ownership of tasks and work to meet deadlines
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience of making customer payments within an accounts payable department
- Proficient in the use of MS Excel
- Basic knowledge of financial controls
- Customer focused with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Results focused with the ability to take ownership of tasks
