As a Personal Assistant (Support Worker), you will play a crucial role within Enable, positively influencing the daily lives of those we assist. Your responsibilities will vary from day to day, ensuring that you provide tailored support to individuals in achieving their personal goals and aspirations.
Each individual we support has unique needs, and your role may encompass helping with personal care, mobility assistance, and fostering positive behavioral support while enhancing their social interactions.
At Enable, we create a customized support team for each individual, and our Personal Assistants collaborate to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and aspirations of those we assist are prioritized.
About the Individual:
Meet Gary, a gentleman who resides independently in Ardrossan. Due to recent health challenges, he requires dedicated Personal Assistants to help him reintegrate into his community. Gary enjoys visiting local establishments and spending quality time at home. He needs comprehensive support in daily activities, including personal care and medication management. Additionally, Gary is looking for a driver to assist him with transportation as he plans to acquire a vehicle.
Gary has deep roots in his community and is well-acquainted with many local residents.
