Pure Resourcing Solutions is seeking a Finance Operations Manager for a dynamic organization. This full-time position encompasses a 40-hour work week with flexible working arrangements. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Finance Operations Manager will be responsible for the financial management of the primary trading entity, holding company, and affiliated entities. Key duties include:
- Preparation of month-end financial statements with an emphasis on accruals, prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations, and project-specific reporting.
- Conducting bank reconciliations and managing cash flow effectively.
- Submitting quarterly VAT returns.
- Collaborating with external accountants for the preparation of annual financial statements.
- Executing year-end journal entries and processes utilizing accounting software.
- Overseeing Accounts Payable functions such as processing vendor invoices, reconciling statements, and managing payment schedules.
- Handling Accounts Receivable tasks including invoicing and monitoring debtor performance.
The successful candidate will possess prior experience in a comparable financial role, demonstrate proficiency in the outlined responsibilities, and excel in a fast-paced business environment.
