About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Tester Performance Optimization Specialist to join our team at Primis. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute automated tests to validate mobile app functionality, performance, and compatibility across different devices and operating systems.
  • Identify, prioritize, and report software defects specific to mobile platforms, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve mobile app testing strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing efforts.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools to support mobile app testing.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in mobile app testing and performance optimization.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in automated software testing, with a focus on mobile app testing.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks for mobile app testing (e.g. React Native, Selenium).
  • Strong understanding of mobile app testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience with manual testing of mobile applications on various devices and platforms.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
