Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Healthcare Support Workers. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

About the Role:
  • Provide personal care and support to service users, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication administration, and mobility.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each service user.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, promoting the physical and emotional well-being of our service users.

Requirements:
  • 3 months previous care experience.
