About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Transformation Manager to join our Customer Experience and Innovation team at Moody's. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our Agile transformation and working with our Innovation Team to deliver cutting-edge solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Agile frameworks and methodologies to drive process improvements and increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure successful delivery of outsourced components.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics to monitor progress and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
  • Support the innovation leads in creating an environment that fosters high-performing teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in Fintech or data analytics environment.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, SmartSheet, or MS Project.
  • Scrum Master certification and understanding of other Agile frameworks and waterfall methodology.
  • Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience required.
