Care Assistant Role

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care to a gentleman in the Northallerton area. As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with your colleague to deliver all aspects of personal care, including tracheostomy care, feeding via peg, administration of medication, catheter and bowel care.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide person-centered care to our service user, promoting independence and dignity
* Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver high-quality care
* Administer medication, manage catheters, and provide bowel care
* Assist with feeding via peg and tracheostomy care
* Maintain accurate records of care provided
