Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bus Driver Trainee. As a Trainee Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a bus safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring passengers have a positive experience.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the bus route and schedule.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance driving skills and customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with other drivers and depot staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Must be over 18 years of age.
  • Have been driving for a minimum of 6 months.
  • No more than 6 points on your licence.
  • Will need to undergo a drug and alcohol test before your assessment.
  • Great people skills.
  • Flexibility as your shifts will start as early as 4AM in the morning but will always work no later than 1AM depending on the time that you start.
