Area Cleaning Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Cleaning Manager to join our team at Nviro. As an Area Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of cleaners and ensuring that our clients receive a high-quality cleaning service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of cleaners to deliver exceptional cleaning services to our clients.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Monitor and improve cleaning standards across all sites, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Manage and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring that all necessary resources are available to the team.
- Collaborate with other Area Cleaning Managers and the Service Manager to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
- Proven experience as an Area Cleaning Manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality cleaning services.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and locations.
