Key Responsibilities:

  1. Credit Oversight:
    • Generate daily sales invoices using NetSuite.
    • Evaluate the creditworthiness of prospective clients by analyzing credit reports and payment histories.
    • Establish credit limits and terms for both new and existing clients.
    • Experience with accounts receivable invoice discounting and credit facilities is advantageous.
  2. Collections Management:
    • Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.
    • Maintain accurate records of all credit transactions and communications.
    • Work closely with the finance team to optimize cash flow and reduce overdue accounts.

Reporting Structure:
