Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll Management
    • Manage end-to-end payroll activities for our UK payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Liaise with our outsourced payroll provider to ensure seamless tax-related processes.
    • Coordinate payroll reports and activities to meet business needs.
  • Compensation and Benefits
    • Support our annual pay review and bonus processes, ensuring fairness and equity.
    • Deliver flexible benefits enrollment projects, enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Manage benefits administration, including our UK company car program, to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • HR Administration
    • Support our HR Analyst with various tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and audits.
    • Update employee files and HR systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Conduct audits on employee files and HRIS to identify areas for improvement.
    • Support with other HR activities and projects, as needed.
  • Care First
    • Support local community relations and initiatives, promoting our company's values and social responsibility.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Payroll and Benefits, with knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance.
  • Advanced Excel skills and HR Systems Knowledge, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Desirable qualifications and skills include payroll certification, experience with HRIS, and knowledge of UK Employment law.
  • Detail-oriented, customer service-oriented, and adaptable to changing requirements, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
