We are seeking an experienced Pension Projects Team Manager to join our growing administration projects team at BranWell Ford Associates Limited.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of pension projects to ensure objectives are met and provide technical oversight for complex pension requirements.
- Scope and plan future project needs and deliverables, adopting changes from regulation, standards, and industry guidance.
- Allocate projects, review performance, and provide coaching to team members.
- Develop and implement project delivery processes to ensure adherence to quality assurance processes.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify and manage project delivery risks.
Requirements:
- Leadership experience in the pension industry, with knowledge of defined benefit and contribution schemes.
- Experience managing project portfolios or DB admin teams, with excellent knowledge of pension and actuarial calculations.
- Strong technical pensions and legislative understanding.
