This Corporate Tax Senior role in Peterborough is an exciting opportunity for a career-driven professional with a proven track record of managing a portfolio to join a well-established firm.
About the Role:- Support a diverse client portfolio, working closely with senior management to ensure expectations and deadlines are met
- Provide complex corporate compliance and tax advisory services for corporate tax assignments
- Undertake due diligence reviews and present findings clearly to managers and partners
- Oversee corporate tax compliance, including reviewing tax returns for HMRC submission
- Oversee client workflow and internal management of resources
- Supervise junior staff, including reviewing work and supporting their professional development
- Liaise with clients, building trusted relationships and proactively handling queries
- Identify new processes and ways to increase efficiency
- Research and interpret changes to taxation and accounting regulations
- Champion your own professional development, enthusiastically undertaking training opportunities
- Assist with ad-hoc projects to support partners where required

- ACCA/ACA qualified with at least 2 years' experience working within corporate tax
- A part-qualified candidate with strong experience would also be considered
- Proven track record of working closely with other technical professionals
- Strong working knowledge of software, such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage
- Up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation
- A team player who can also work autonomously
- A can-do attitude to problem-solving with a keen eye for detail
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own deadlines and workflow
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
