About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Tobermore. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a vital role in contributing to our recruitment strategy and attracting top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and attract top talent through various channels, including databases, CV search websites, and professional networks.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline, ensuring a steady supply of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, promoting our company values and culture from the initial stages of communication.
  • Lead the development of effective recruitment strategies and tactics to meet business needs.
  • Manage and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure smooth operations and efficient candidate management.
  • Identify and match candidate skills with job requirements, presenting recommendations to the recruitment panel.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to potential candidates, addressing queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to maintain positive internal and external relationships with employees and managers.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection protocols and maintain accurate employee data and files.
  • Provide benchmarking data and insights to inform recruitment strategies and improve business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified or working towards
  • Minimum 2 years' recruitment experience
  • Previous experience in telephone sales and sales
  • 5 GCSE Grades A – C (or equivalent), including English & Maths
  • A-levels
  • Minimum 1 year's recruitment experience
  • Proven track record of success in a target-driven environment
  • Ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities
