About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled SHE Advisor to join our Sustainable Drainage Systems team at Kier Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest standards of Safety, Health, and Environmental responsibility are implemented across the business, achieving full compliance with all legal requirements.
- Promote Safety, Health, and Environmental aspects, setting a good example to other employees and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with operational teams to carry out their roles and SHE responsibilities.
- Provide timely and effective operational SHE support and advice to the business unit.
- Assist operational teams in developing Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work.
- Support operational teams in developing and reviewing RAMS.
Requirements
- This role is ideal for candidates with a NEBOSH Certificate (preferably Construction) or equivalent.
- Membership of relevant professional institutions, such as Tech IOSH or above.
- Experience working as a SHE Advisor.
