**Job Title:** Conveyancing Paralegal

**Location:** Mansfield

**Salary:** Dependent on experience

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our busy Residential Property department. The successful candidate will be able to manage their own busy mixed caseload unassisted.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Managing a mixed caseload of property transactions
* Dealing with sales enquiries and liaising with clients and third parties
* Ensuring all legal requirements are met in property transactions
* Preparing and reviewing legal documents

**Requirements:**

* A minimum of 3 years' experience within Residential Property
