New Homes Sales Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled New Homes Sales professional to join our team in Sittingbourne. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our New Homes business across Kent.

You will work closely with one of our Premium Developer partners, based in Sittingbourne, to sell a contemporary collection of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous experience in New Homes sales or those looking to transition from Estate Agency to New Homes sales.

What We Offer

A competitive package, including a basic salary of £15,000 and on-target earnings of £24,000, as well as a 3-day working week (Saturday, Sunday & Monday, 10am – 5pm). You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including holiday commission, 33 days paid holiday (pro rata), plus an additional day's holiday for your birthday, pension, life insurance, company rewards and incentives, structured career path, and employee assistance scheme.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet customers, establishing great relationships and helping our customers make their dream move.
  • Recognise opportunities to help further and present useful products and services.
  • Initiate potential leads and refer customers to relevant colleagues.
  • Liaise and communicate with Developers (our customers).

  • Experience of working on New Homes sales (essential).
  • Be the 'go-to' person for both clients and developers.
  • Confidence, a fantastic telephone manner, great at building rapport, and a genuine love of helping customers.
