We are seeking enthusiastic and committed Brand Advocates to represent CPM and the global technology leader, Samsung. If you possess excellent communication skills, the confidence to provide outstanding customer service, and a natural talent for engaging with individuals at all levels, we would love to hear from you.

Compensation: £83 per day (£110 p/d OTE) with Samsung employee discounts.

Work Schedule: Part-time, Saturday and Sunday.

Ideal Location: Warrington, United Kingdom, WA2

Responsibilities:
As a Brand Advocate for CPM, you will join the Samsung Field Sales Team as a product expert for Samsung Home Appliances. Your role will involve collaborating with the in-store sales team to enhance sales and promote advocacy for Samsung, ensuring that the brand remains top-of-mind for customers. You will proactively establish relationships at all levels within the store, enhancing product knowledge and brand recognition among your retail partners.

Our Brand Advocates engage with customers, delivering memorable and exceptional service. You will ask insightful questions and listen attentively to fully understand customer needs, recommending suitable Samsung products accordingly.

You would excel in this Brand Advocate position if you:

• Are an effective communicator and listener, capable of building rapport with individuals at all levels.

• Are persuasive and eager to advance a career in sales while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

• Seek opportunities for growth within the team, such as training colleagues and contributing ideas.

• Are flexible and willing to travel to nearby locations as necessary.

Salary & Benefits for the Brand Advocate role include:

• £83 p/d + up to 20% sales performance bonus

• Quarterly Sales Incentives

• Samsung Employee Discount

• Additional perks (access to various discounts and benefits including travel and gym discounts)

• Long service recognition

Work Hours:
Thursday: 1 hour weekly team update call (after 5pm)
Saturday: 9 hours between 09:00 to 19:00 (includes 1 hour unpaid lunch break)
Sunday: 6 hours between 10:00 - 19:00 (includes half an hour unpaid lunch break)
