Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team at PDA Search & Selection. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for carrying out PPM and reactive HVAC maintenance across multiple sites in Devon and Cornwall.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs to heating systems, ensuring compliance with company health and safety policies.
  • Identify and report non-repairable faults in plant and machinery, and advise the HVAC Supervisor accordingly.
  • Complete maintenance tasks to the highest standards, in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
  • Work at heights and in confined spaces, using safe working practices.
  • Deal directly with customers and on-site management teams, providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Commercial Gas/Heating Engineer with experience across multi-sites.
  • NVQ Level 3 – Commercial and Industrial Gas, Building Services/Heat & Ventilation.
  • City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas Category preferred.
  • Positive approach, able to work in a dynamic business environment.
  • Ability to work at heights, work in confined spaces.
