Job Summary
DGH Recruitment is seeking a skilled Junior IT Service Desk Analyst / 1st Line Support Analyst to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to all staff members via various communication channels.
- Accurately record and respond to incoming incidents and requests within a set Service Level Agreement.
- Maintain and update incident and request records in the Service Desk ticket queues.
- Alert senior analysts and managers to recurring incidents and potential issues.
- Keep customers informed and updated on the status of their requests.
- Escalate complex problems to senior team members and third-party suppliers as necessary.
Requirements:
- Experience supporting a legal environment.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365.
- Understanding of PC hardware and operating systems.
- Awareness of using Active Directory.
- Experience with logging tickets in ITSM call logging software.
