About the Role

iMultiply Resourcing Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Tax Manager to join its dynamic team. As a key member of the International and Large Corporate Tax team, you will play a crucial role in providing expert tax advice to clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complex Tax Computations: Prepare and manage complex large corporate tax computations, identifying opportunities for tax savings and efficient use of tax reliefs.
  • International Tax Advisory: Provide support to businesses expanding into new and emerging markets, coordinating and assisting with overseas corporate tax compliance and local advisors.
  • Advisory Reporting: Draft advisory reporting on international and large corporate matters, including tax efficient structuring and restructuring, legal entity simplification and rationalisation, inter-company transactions advice and compliance with transfer pricing.
  • Tax Investigations: Assist in gathering and reviewing data for UK and overseas tax investigations and enquiries.
  • Legislative Analysis: Interpret and analyse new and developing UK legislation.
  • Client Relationships: Build and develop relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for new work from existing and new clients.
  • Team Development: Develop and grow junior tax advisors, supporting the training of the team.
  • Business Projects: Support the leadership and senior management team with key business-wide projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Professional Qualifications: CA or equivalent, and ATT/CTA (or breadth of knowledge equivalent to CTA).
  • Experience: 4+ years of prior UK corporate tax experience with multinational groups.
  • Skills: Successful management of international and large corporate projects, professional, technical and pro-active approach to delivering tax advice to clients.
