Role Overview:

We are looking for a full-time ESOL Instructor to join our primary educational institution.

The ideal candidate will be tasked with designing and executing effective teaching methodologies to assist students whose primary language is not English, ensuring they can fully engage with the curriculum and reach their maximum potential.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality ESOL lessons tailored to the needs of primary school learners.
• Evaluate students' language skills and progress, providing constructive feedback and establishing suitable objectives.
• Create and utilize a variety of instructional materials and resources to aid language acquisition.
• Collaborate with classroom educators to promote language development across various subjects.
• Effectively communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress and support strategies.
• Engage in staff meetings, professional development, and institutional events.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a focus on ESOL or a related discipline.

Demonstrated experience in teaching ESOL to primary-aged learners.

Strong comprehension of language acquisition theories and effective teaching practices.
