About the Role

We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Practitioner. As a Support Practitioner, you will provide invaluable support with all aspects of daily living, including medication, meal preparation, housework, and personal care. You will also support individuals with their hobbies and interests, such as walking, swimming, and activities at home.

About You

We don't require experience, but you will need to have a caring and compassionate attitude, the ability to work well in a team, good communication and organisational skills, a positive attitude with a willingness to learn, and confidence in the use of computers. You will also need to have a full driving license and access to your own vehicle.

Shift Patterns

Shift patterns usually fall between the hours of 0900-1645 and 0800-0800 (includes a sleepover) or 0900-0900 hours (includes a sleepover) 7 days a week. Your rota will be issued on a 4 week rolling basis. If working full-time, you will typically work 7-8 sleepovers a month. You will receive an additional payment of £96 for every sleepover shift you work.
