Procurement Coordinator

Job Summary:
H&T Pawnbrokers is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Buying and Merchandising team, you will be responsible for the administration of the buying cycle, working closely with stakeholders to ensure stock is delivered on time and in the right place.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Control: Create, maintain, and utilize accurate reporting on inventory, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Commercial and Performance Focused: Utilize data to plan effectively and prioritize opportunities, participating in meetings and creating accurate minutes.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Support and empower the Intake and Buying and Merchandising team, cultivating a strong team ethic and collaborating with teams across the business and external suppliers.
- Communication: Develop relationships and solutions at varying levels across the business and with external suppliers, working closely with Buyers and Merchandisers to maximize productivity and professionalism.

- Strong prioritization and flexible attitude to change in priorities.
- Highly organized and professional, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet key deadlines and timeframes.
- Excellent listening and communication skills, written and verbal.
- Good computer skills, with strong numeracy skills and commercial awareness.
Desirable Requirements:
- Desirable experience in jewelry or pre-owned products.
