We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Outdoor and Cycle Concepts. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a premium shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Connect with customers to understand their specific needs and wants, creating a personalized shopping experience.
- Model the company values, taking pride in your store and working collectively to create an outstanding customer experience.
- Participate in training opportunities to develop and maintain product knowledge and build on existing skills.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer customer queries.
- Identify opportunities for add-on sales and promote products to customers.
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.92 per hour (£9.66 for under 21's).
- A bonus of up to £750 per annum (in proportion with hours worked).
- 40-60% discount across our range of products.
- Up to 33 days holiday (in proportion with hours worked) with the option to purchase additional holiday.
