Join Our Team as an Accountancy Associate Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountancy Associate Director to lead our new division within our established bespoke recruitment business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing client relationships, and building a high-performing recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
  2. Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  3. Build and lead a high-performing recruitment team
  4. Identify opportunities for business growth and drive sales
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  1. At least 6 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in a senior leadership role
  2. A proven track record of success in a similar position
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
  5. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  6. A commitment to diversity and inclusion
