Job Description

Role Overview

The Engineering Trainee will play a key role in the Programme Management team, supporting the delivery of complex projects within tight deadlines. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a world-class environment with a renowned team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of Programme Management activities, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Operations, and Test, to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the successful delivery of Programme Management objectives.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, providing critical information to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work methodically and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information concisely and accurately.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Relevant computer skills, including proficiency in project management software and engineering tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • Strong academic record, with a minimum of a 2:1 honors degree.
