Position Overview:
We are seeking two skilled Infrastructure Engineers to join our client, a reputable organization undergoing a major transformation initiative. This role is pivotal in ensuring the technical execution and upkeep of the company's services and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and oversee intricate infrastructure systems, which include Windows servers, virtualization (Hyper-V), storage solutions, networking, and cloud environments (Azure). This involves working with both physical and virtual hardware.
- Monitor and optimize system performance to guarantee high availability and reliability, collaborating effectively across various departments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related challenges, providing prompt support to internal teams.
- Enforce security best practices and conduct regular audits to protect systems and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
- Engage in capacity planning and develop disaster recovery strategies.
- Stay informed about the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance our infrastructure.

Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in infrastructure management, particularly with Hyper-V and physical Windows servers.
- Proficient in Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Failover Manager.
- Demonstrated experience in backup implementation and maintenance (Veeam).
- Familiarity with on-site data center operations and management.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience in configuring and maintaining network devices such as Firewalls (Palo Alto/Cisco ASA), Switches, WiFi, and Routers.
- Experience in disaster recovery implementation and regular testing.
- Knowledge of hardware and software patching/firmware upgrades.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Desirable Qualifications:
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, AZ-700, AZ-900, etc.

Compensation Package:
- Competitive salary up to £50,000
- 15% bonus potential
- Flexible hybrid working arrangement.
