Electrical Power Systems Definition Team Lead

**Job Summary:**

As a key member of our Electrical Power Systems Definition team, you will play a crucial role in defining the system elements required for the submarine design and build process. You will lead and manage an engineering team to deliver the functional design and definition of Electrical Power Systems equipment, ensuring that all technical documentation is reviewed and managed effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead and manage an engineering team to deliver the functional design and definition of Electrical Power Systems equipment
* Manage the processes and reviews of technical documentation
* Manage associated technical risks, assumptions, and dependencies
* Provide advice on electrical power technical aspects across a broad range of engineering disciplines
* Engage with customers and suppliers to provide solutions to complex problems
* Take a leading role in guiding the team through the systems definition process

**Requirements:**

* Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent engineering background
* Engineering Chartership required (or demonstrated equivalent experience)
* Significant knowledge of AC and DC electrical power systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Team Leadership experience

Relocation support packages are available across all submarines roles, subject to eligibility criteria.
