We are seeking an experienced Telecoms Supervisor to join our team at CVL:LDN. As a Telecoms Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of fibre optic networks for our clients.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of civils and fibre teams involved in PIA FTTH network build projects.
• Ensure that all staff and subcontractors under supervision are competent, fully trained, and aware of all requirements before starting on site.
• Monitor work to ensure streetwork permits and client timescales are met.
• Carry out site meetings to discuss works, permit conditions, and agree Traffic Management requirements.
• Liaise with Local Authorities and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Carry out audits to ensure that work sites meet Health & Safety standards.
• Ensure all productivity targets are achieved.
• Review and closure of all corrective actions / improvement actions raised against works.
• Provide cover for other Supervisors as required.

• Experience in supervising PIA telecoms (FTTH) network build or a proven Operative / Splicer looking to take the next step on the ladder.
• Excellent knowledge of fibre, splicing, and jointing on PIA network build.
• NRSWA accreditation.
