The OpportunityWe're seeking a highly skilled Building Services Technician to join our team, responsible for maintaining and repairing installed metering devices and associated equipment. This is a full-time, on-site position at one of our major clients' premium office precincts in central London.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair faults in metering devices and equipment
- Work with the Service Support team to ensure services are delivered to the highest standards
- Coordinate with internal and external resources to achieve the best outcome for the client
- Act as a primary contact for our client and provide regular detailed reporting
- Perform reactive and planned maintenance in accordance with Service Level Agreements
- Electrical Engineering qualification with current and relevant certificates
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring, and metering principles
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software related to electrical metering
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
